Phantasialand in Brühl near Cologne is one of the most popular and best-themed amusement parks in Europe.
- Immersive Theme Worlds: The park is famous for its extremely detailed theme areas (e.g., Klugheim, Rookburgh, Deep in Africa) that completely immerse visitors in another world.
- World Record Attractions: It houses award-winning roller coasters such as Taron (world's fastest multi-launch coaster upon opening) and F.L.Y. (the world's first flying launch coaster), which winds through the steampunk world of Rookburgh.
- Space Utilization: Since the park is limited in area, the attractions are often spectacularly intertwined and stacked (e.g., Chiapas, Black Mamba).
- Winter Dream: In winter, the park transforms into a sea of lights and is considered one of the best winter events in German amusement parks.
