Description

A fully printable finger-sized freestyle scooter, designed for easy assembly and maximum fun!
This model consists of 10 parts: 2 wheels, deck, neck, headtube, fork, clamp, handlebar, and 2 handle grips. All parts are connected using short pieces of filament - no glue, screws, or extra hardware needed.

You can print this model in multiple colors even without AMS. The provided profiles use one suggested color scheme, but feel free to mix and match parts however you like!
The single-color version prints in under 15 minutes and uses less than 5g of filament.

The model was created at 1:10 scale, based on typical freestyle scooter dimensions:
Handlebar – 600×540×35 mm
Deck – 510×120×30 mm
Wheel – 110×24 mm
Some proportions were slightly adjusted for 3D printing feasibility, so it’s not a perfect replica — but it stays true to the spirit.

Features:

  • Freely spinning wheels
  • Full range deck rotation (like the real thing!)
  • Snap-fit joints for durable assembly

Assembly tips:

  • Model was tested with Bambu PLA.
  • Some pin holes are intentionally tight for a firm fit — use pliers for easier insertion.
  • If needed, gently ream tight holes with a screwdriver.
  • Print quality and filament condition matter! Old or overly moist PLA can lead to brittle parts.
