Mini Emergency Powerbank for Apple Watch

Description
I came up with the idea of creating a compact emergency powerbank specifically for my Apple Watch, using parts from an old, non-functional charger and several rechargeable vape pods I had lying around. Instead of throwing them away, I decided to give the components a second life.
For this project I repurposed a damaged Ursa Nano pod. I designed a custom enclosure that fits the pod’s internal electronics and battery. The goal was to create a tiny and portable backup power source capable of giving my Apple Watch a meaningful boost when I’m away from a charger.
Internally, the system uses the Ursa Nano’s battery and charging electronics. Unused components from the original vape module were removed so that only the essential charging hardware remains. In this configuration, the mini powerbank was able to charge my Apple Watch from 0% to 56%, which—considering the small battery capacity of the vape device—I consider a great success.
I also included battery-level indication in the design so the user can easily see the remaining charge. The top cover of the enclosure is designed to be secured with fast-setting glue.
To help others adapt or improve this project, I have included the STEP file so anyone can modify the enclosure according to their needs. If you enjoy this project or find it useful, please consider supporting my work!
