How can winter be complete without hot, crispy starch sausages? Boost me!
There are three different cutting molds: the smallest spiral type, the small-angle decorative cut type, and the large-angle decorative cut type.
Except for the spiral shape, no supports are needed for the others. The molds are compatible with all 28mm diameter starch sausages on the market.
Before placing it into the mold, please ensure the starch sausage is round. Before cutting, ensure the starch sausage can easily slide out of the mold.
When cutting, do not remove the casing of the starch sausage to avoid microplastic contamination of the starch sausage. The knife used for cutting should be sharp enough to achieve a clean cut..
The bottom of the mold has a 4mm hole for easy insertion of bamboo skewers. It is recommended to use the through-bottom type mold. After cutting, push it out along the cutting direction for the lowest risk of breakage.
The single-sided cutting mold needs to be rotated before cutting the other side, but it should be easier to remove. Please choose different molds according to your personal needs. A single large mold uses about 130g of filament.
