Description

Modular single stack shoe rack. 

 

The model prints in seperate parts so you can add multiple levels as you desire. The parts slide into each other and hold together by friction. Each part prints in around 2h, total time for 3 level shelf is around 7h with this print profile. The print profile is for a P1S and the modules are designd to fit on a standard size buildplate. 

 

Added a reinforced version of the original design. This significantly reduced wobble and instabilities in the design. This version also uses two V-slots to hold the part together for a stronger bond. For easy assembly a hammer might be needed to seat the parts easier.

Is it possible to add a module that has a 5-8cm sold part at one end so my wife can put her heels on it? Also if I make the pieces taller or shorter will it mess up the connections?

Changing the scale of the model will unfortunately mess with the connectors. I will add modules with different heights shortly. I also received feedback regarding heels. I will either change the shelf or make a solid cover to clip on. Will update the model in the coming days!

could you just make more of the middle modules because wouldn’t they be able to all attach to each other

Yes! Thats the intention of the design. Although I find that 2-3 of the middle module is approching the upper limit while maintaining stability.
