Description
Overview
This greeting card is perfect for anyone, no matter the age. They can simply pick their right numbers from the kit card and together with the other parts, assemble a neat little birthday cake. For single digit birthdays a “0” can be added first or any of the other decor options, like the pearls or the flag. One single cake slice can also be detached to expose the inner filling.

Tips
- The Model requires close tolerances to ensure snug but not tight or loose fit
- A print profile with some test pieces is provided (Adjust your X-Y hole compensation if needed as show HERE)
- Ensure the filament is properly calibrated with no excessive overextrusion
- Make sure the kit card cools off first, for easier removal from the build plate and to avoid any parts breaking off too soon
- Bambu Lab Cool Plate SuperTack not recommended
Assembly
- Remove the needed numbers and cake pieces from the kit card
- Debur as needed to ensure a perfect fit
Note: Please make sure to do the Tolerance Test (Birthday_Cake_Kit_Tolerance_Test) to avoid any unpleasant birthday surprises.
