Customizable Body for Platinum Preppy

This new version is completely parametric - meaning that you can customize it yourself - and the thread has been adjusted for a better fit with the original pen (though tolerances may still be a little tight).

This is a 3d printable body for the cheapest, most amazing, fountain pen in the market... which is now even more awesome!

To make the pen more personal, you can engrave some texts or logos using the etching feature included in your favourite slicer. This would be awesome even for a gift!

This model is a remix of a model from dubovsk1 which made a short body for the Preppy. I needed a full length body, so I made it. You can find their original post on Reddit.

You can print this model with a 0.4mm nozzle, using a layer height of 0.2mm or 0.12mm. To achieve the smoothest result, I recommend slowing down your print speed, to equalize the external perimeter speed all over the print. Sudden speed changes may result into awful layer lines along the body. I placed an example text inside the 3MF file, remember to remove or customize it before printing.
