These are friction-fit terminal block labels for UK5N style DIN terminal blocks. This acts as a cap to prevent metallic debris from falling onto the contacts, and can be used to affix a label-tape to.
Select material based on your expected operating temperatures, and safety requirements on materials flammability.
Side note: don't roast my wiring, the final wiring harness was properly lace wrapped, and labelled when everything was finished.
