1983 - 1985 CB650 headlight conversion

Transform your motorcycle's OEM square headlight into a powerful 7-inch LED headlight while seamlessly integrating the fuse box into the headlight housing with this innovative headlight bracket.

Installation Instructions:

1. Begin by securing all nuts into their respective recesses using glue. Allow them to dry completely.
2. Install the headlight into the retainer, ensuring alignment with the head sync on the rear of the headlight. Slightly bend the bracket into place if needed.
3. Slide the headlight and retainer assembly into the headlight bucket, where the retainer will seat against the protrusions to prevent shifting or tilting during use.
4. Attach the fuse box to the back of the headlight bucket.
5. Once assembled, mount it onto your bike using your preferred aftermarket bracket. The bolts should align perfectly due to the alignment protrusions.

Printing Recommendations:

• PETG material is recommended for optimal durability and warp resistance. You may also use PLA + for the internal bracket. 
• Use a minimum of 35% infill, 50% is recommended.
• Print the headlight bucket face down with support.
• Print the retaining ring face down.
• Print the bracket on its side with supports (refer to the last photo for details).

Required Hardware:

• 2x M7x20mm button head Allen bolts for the headlight.
• 2x M7 nuts (approximately 13.7mm in diameter to fit inside the recesses).
• 2x M4x10mm button head Allen bolts for the fuse box.
• 2x M4 nuts (approximately 7.5mm in diameter to fit inside the recesses).

For securing nuts into the plastic, it's recommended to use Super Glue or Gorilla Glue for a secure fit.
