Expandable Wall Plugs – Models S6, S8, S10, S12

These 3D-printed expandable wall plugs are designed for reliable fastening in various wall materials such as solid concrete, brick, hollow walls, and aerated concrete (siporex). The models use an expansion mechanism similar to advanced commercial anchors, as the plug opens and spreads evenly when the screw is tightened, creating a strong mechanical grip.

Unlike standard plastic wall plugs, these models expand into a distinctive “petal-like” shape when the screw is inserted, providing increased stability, a larger contact surface, and better load distribution—even in weaker wall materials.
