MPCNC 1.5kw 65mm spindle mount - 25mm version

Designed for 25mm version of MPCNC.

Spindle mount for MPCNC. It uses 6 M5 screws for mounting, 3 for each side (the spacing for the bottom two is the same as generic tool mount, third hole is spaced 75mm above second hole). For clamping the spindle it uses 8 M5x16 screws.

Main design goals:

• Spindle as close as possible to the linear guides
• Maximize Z axis workarea, only milling tool sticks out from the bottom of Z axis assembly
• Making the design as stiff as possible within given constarins
• Redirect the airflow from spindle cooling to the center, should help with clearing chips, shoudnt restrict airflow, because the airways are larger then the spidle air outlets
• Keep original mounting holes from the genuine MPCNC tool mount
