Low Profile Vice Knob V1.0

I modeled this knob for the AnoleX low-profile CNC vise on my 4030 Evo Ultra 2 CNC Router. The OEM handle has a 20.2 mm diameter with a 6 mm cross-hole located 7 mm from the end. This printed knob fits over the existing handle and adds length for better leverage, making opening and closing the vise much easier.

A through-hole remains accessible so you can still insert a lever bar for the final 1/8 turn or to break the vise free. The second through-hole is sized for an M5 nut and screw, allowing you to secure the knob in place. The design clears the table at the throat, and the head passes under the gantry without interference.

The knob can remain permanently installed using an M5 × 25 mm screw through the far right or left mounting side of the table. Note: the full 50 mm radius will not fit if the vise is mounted directly on the table without offset.
