The Polar Express Christmas Train wooden railway

All aboard the Christmas classic! This Brio-compatible Polar Express train is designed to bring holiday magic right onto your wooden tracks. The engine features a moving connecting rod, the iconic 1225 numbering, and the tender and passenger cars includes gold lettering. The file also includes three passenger cars, a combo car, passenger car, and end observation car. 

This is a clean multi-part design for easy printing and assembly.

There are extra parts to make the windows pop with white or a color of you choosing, and the standard or optional upgrade engine wheels.
I added a small pilot hole in the bogies for adding any connectors you wish, best is the magnets.
I would suggest a small dab of glue to hold the wheels on the axle rods.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly is fairly straightforward.

Using a very small amount of glue, attach one wheel to an axle. Slide the axle through the train body or bogie, then glue the remaining wheel onto the axle.

Use an M3 screw to attach each bogie to its car, making sure to align the peg on top of the bogie with the slot underneath each passenger car.

Driving Rod Version

If installing the driving-rod version, follow the same steps above. For smooth operation, ensure the rod pins are positioned 90° from one another, as shown.
