Description

Always looking for extra places to mount things in my 2021 Bronco.

 

Hardware needed:
  - M6 x 40mm (unfortunately the design requires the 10mm more than the factory Bronco bolts)

  - ¼-20 heat set inserts 

I printed mine in ABS-GF.

The cup holder adapter works with my Multi-Mount Cup Holder design found HERE
Of course, please use caution when using any of these mounts, and be sure that they don't obstruct or impede your driving. You're using them at your own risk.

Hello, may I ask if the model with round and square holes is a gasket? Do we need to print it out?

Good eye! Nope, nothing needs to be printed separately. Those features are added to help it print cleaner without the need of supports. I design them as separate components (so that they don't alter the original design), which I bring into Bambu Studio as 1 object with 3 bodies. If needed, you can certainly remove them in the file and choose a different support method (might be a necessary optimization for an exotic filament), but I've found that most filaments can print that short bridge with the squared off holes trick.

Can we get a model with the standard D8 (8mm) diameter inserts for the 1/4-20 holes? D9 inserts are not as readily available. Tried to edit myself, but the mesh was causing issues.
