Printing Instructions

• Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG (PETG recommended for better hinge durability).
• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm.
• Infill: 15-20%.
• Supports: None. The design is optimized for FDM printing with 45° chamfers and flat orientations.
• Orientation: Print both parts flat as oriented in the STL.

Assembly

1. Print the Base and Lid.
2. Align the hinge connectors.
3. Apply firm pressure to snap the lid's hinge pins into the base's sockets. You should hear a "click".
4. Insert your eyeshadow refill (it slides under the rear hinge and front rim).
