TapeGun Rack Mount – Snap-On Wire Shelf Pole Holder

This is a simple but extremely useful snap-on mount designed to hold a standard handheld packing tape gun on any 1" (25mm) wire rack pole. It keeps your tape gun close, visible, and off your table surface—ideal for packing stations, warehouses, workshops, garages, or shipping desks.

The mount installs instantly with a firm snap-fit and requires no hardware, but it also includes two sets of bolt provisions for users who prefer a more secure installation. The recessed countersunk holes are designed to accept M4 × 40 mm bolts, washers, and nuts, allowing the mount to be locked tightly to the pole for a permanent, non-slip fit.

Printing Recommendations

• Infill: 20–30% (higher for heavy-duty tape guns)
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters

Optional Hardware

• 2 × M4 × 40 mm bolts
• 4 × M4 washers

  Use these to secure the mount firmly to the pole using the built-in bolt provisions.

Notes

Sized for typical tape guns used with 2" packing tape. If your tape gun is unusually large or shaped differently, minor scaling may help.
