A compact, rugged multifunctional box designed for everyday use. The outer dimensions are 140 × 200 × 40 mm, with an internal usable space of 115 × 185 × 36 mm for everything from nuts and bolts, small toys to  fishing gear. The design features a sealing lid with TPU gasket and flexible TPU side clips for secure closure.

Printing Recommendations

Main Box & Lid: PLA works fine , but for a more robust case use PETG or ASA
Gasket & Clips: TPU (Bambulab 90A )

• Infill: 25% for case 100% for gasket and clips
• Perimeters: 5

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Assembly

1. Print all parts
2. Press gasket into the lid groove, a drop of glue keeps it in place
3. Clean holes using a 3mm drill bit
4. Install clips onto mounting points using M3x35 or M3x40 bolts, you can use 2.8 mm nails also.
5. Ready for use.
