Description
Decided to design and print a mainsheet pulley system, you will need 5 x M6 25/30mm, 6 x M6 nut or LockNut, 1 x m6 35/40mm 8 x M3 25/30mm, 8 x M3 nut or LockNut, 4 x m3 x 10/15mm, you also need 4 x bearing, size 626, i have installed this on my boat, I've printed in pla and tugged on it, ive left under tension on the boat with the mast up but no sails so only the force ive applied to it, had it on 3 weeks now in the UK, 08/12/15. seems to be holding well, my plan was to print in ABS but not getting great results with abs on the A1, so of course i cant say how much force it will handle.
