Shredder Gear for Fellowes shredder

A replacement shredder gear for the Fellowes M-7Cm shredder. May well fit other shredders.

Original gear dimensions:

• Helical gear overall diameter: ~35 mm
• Helical gear tooth count: 36
• Helical gear width: 10 mm
• Helix angle: -30°
• Small gear overall diameter: ~14 mm
• Small gear tooth count: 7
• Small gear width: 8 mm
• Overall length: 21 mm
• Bore: 4.5 mm

I've carefully set the tooth profile on the larger gear to match the metal gear on the motor. The teeth are profiled to be as strong as possible to limit the likelihood of stripping if the shredder gets jammed (the main failure mode of shredders like this).

Prints as gear and a separate spacer washer to avoid needing supports. These both need to be drilled out to 4.5mm, and then installed with some light oil on the shaft.
