After many days of testing, for M5 and below, it is recommended to use 0.12 to 0.08 layer height. For M3, 0.08 layer height must be used. For others, the default 0.2 layer height profile is fine.

All screws and nuts have been optimized and can be easily screwed in. I test printed the nuts with PLA.
