Description

This is a work in Progress. It is a printable body for the SCX24 C10 and other remote control vehicles. Made using Blender. It provides a very light-weight body shell. My print came in at 26 grammes. It relies on the standard body frame to connect at the rear. At the front, I use velcro to keep it in place. I have put a piece of plastic between the two uprights that have the pins that secure the body on with the clips. On this piece, I put a strip of velcro. The other velcro goes under the hood/bonnet of the car. This can be seen in one of the photos. Slide the rear together, then lower the front onto the velcro when the body is in-place. The Last picture is an example of how I paint my Tacoma-style bodies.

Print the upright one-piece plate if you can to avoid glue. The other plate contains the model, split into two parts.

Included is an STL file which is just the body shell, with no connector.
