Description

Cam follower disc replacement for the Wahl Deep Tissue Massage Wand Model 4290-300/Intertek 3195660.

Does your wand turn on but does not vibrate?

Take the 6 screws off from the gray side. Then, the blue part slides off. Look at the top towards the massage tip. At the top of the motor, there should be an “off center” tip with a worn/damaged washer. Print this model out and use it as a replacement. I realize other people might have different color variations of this massager, so use my picture as reference.

I printed in PLA to test it out and it seems to be working but I reserve long term concerns. PETG would be better. Or, if you can print in PA, I have a feeling that may be the most ideal as PA is much more wear resistant. These brands offer good quality PA:
Polymaker PolyMide CoPA
Overture Easy Nylon
Sunlu Easy PA

I would discourage you from printing in carbon fiber or glass fiber filled filaments as that will cause other, not-so-easy-to-replace parts to wear out much quicker.

UPDATE: PLA was a bust. Same goes for PETG. I re-printed in ASA this time and ASA seems to be holding up much better. Where PLA would die out after 1-2 minutes, PETG lasted just under 5. ASA I was able to run for about 10 minutes at the highest setting without issues so far.
