Description
Needle File Handle Replacement for 2.8 - 3 mm shaft
My original handle got lost, so I decided to make a replacement in Onshape.
A little silicone oil on the threads will help the two pieces to "marry."
Once the collar is in place, you only need to loosen it to remove the file.
(So no need to fully remove the collar ever again when changing files.)
Fits in the original pocket that came with my set of needle files.
I hope it will be useful to you, too.
PS: make sure the print bed is clean and grease-free, since there is very little contact area.
