Description

Router sled for the cordless dewalt trim router and four 20uu pillow block bearings.

Bearings have 35mm on center holes for reference.

Sled - printed as a solid part

Sled Riser - optional depending on your slab thickness/setup. 15mm thick

Sled Stiffener - rails that stretch across the sled and you secure them in place with the bearing screws. Provides great strength for zero deflection.

Rail Stiffener - 20mm rod, slips on the end of the rails in order to help prevent binding/racking on longer setups.

It's basically printed as a solid part, I used petg-cf. The support blocks are standard infill though.

Links for parts:

SBR Rails - purchase them in any length you desire based upon the size of flattening you need.
