Description

Hello

This model is designed as a gingerbread-style cookies — perfect for decorating your tree, gifts, or any festive holiday setup.

🔄 Double-sided design:
The model is made to look beautiful from both sides, so it can be printed as a double-sided or single-sided ornament.

  • For double-sided prints, it’s recommended to use a smooth print bed for a clean and shiny finish on both sides.
  • For single-sided prints, use a textured print bed to achieve a more realistic “baked cookie” look on the back.

🎨 Printing details:

FOR AMS PRINT:

If you want to print using AMS, disable the automatic pauses, because AMS will handle color changes automatically.

Default print (without AMS):

The model pauses automatically one time :

  •  at layer 24

📏 Scaling warning (for no AMS):
If you change the size of the model, you will need to manually adjust the pause layers for filament swaps, because the layer numbers will no longer match the original height.

⚠️ Safety note:

It looks like a real baked gingerbread cookie with icing – but please don’t eat it!
The ornament looks very realistic, almost like an actual gingerbread cookie.
Avoid printing it too small, as children might think it’s edible. Always keep small prints out of reach of kids.

💡 Tip:
For the most realistic gingerbread effect, use brown for the cookie base and pastel/light colors for the icing.

NOTE:

For the best possible result (though it takes more time), increase the fuzzy skin effect, reduce the layer height (e.g. to 0,12mm or lower), and consider enabling ironing on all top surfaces for an extra smooth finish.
