Description

Mudguard to suit the Fox 36 2020 - 2023 model.

This was designed for a 27.5" x 2.4 front wheel. It should fit a 29" wheel also, but I'm not sure if it is suitable for a tire larger that 2.4

Requires 2 x M3x10 screws for installation.

Recommended to print in durable UV resistant material such as ABS, ASA, PLA-CF, PETG-CF and PA-CF

Super design, and also extremely stable, exactly what I was looking for However, there seems to be an error in the file The topmost piece of the mudguard has different shapes on the top and bottom when loaded into Bambu Studio If these are still corrected, it's truly excellent Pictures attached

Nice! I'm glad it worked out this time. If possible, it really helps if you rate the model and leave a boost. I also have a few other MTB related designs :)

Glad you like it. good to know it still fits on the newer 36's, I hadn't tested it.

I printed it in PETG. The screw holes are correctly positioned. It gives a stable impression, doesn't tend to wobble when things get a bit rough, but I still need to test that in use. You write that it should fit a 29" wheel: I mounted a Maxxis Assegai 29 x 2.5": It's very tight, but the wheel still turns. I'll test it off-road this weekend, but I fear there isn't enough space for a tire caked in mud and muck. Is there any chance of getting the Fusion file for the mudguard? Then I could check if I can optimize something

all in all quite good, a more precise description of which tires it fits would have been good. Unfortunately, my tires are too thick :( Unfortunately, none have fit here so far, I'll probably have to stick with my soldering iron 😊

Thanks for letting me know. I originally designed it for a 27.5" wheel with 2.4 tires and I've added that to the description. Can I ask what size wheel and tire you were trying it on?

Sorry, that was a mistake in the listing. You should use 2 x M3x10mm screws. I've just updated the print profiles too to give a tad more clearance for the M3 screws.
