Description
Ultra-Lightweight Monitor Stand (Under 100g Filament)
This monitor stand was designed to be a practical, space-saving solution—originally created for my dorm room desk, where my monitor sat too low behind my computer screen. After several design iterations, I refined it into a clean, sturdy, and extremely filament-efficient model that prints in one piece with no supports required.
The stand measures 240mm × 185mm × 58mm, providing generous clearance for storing accessories, notebooks, or a keyboard underneath. The goal was simple: raise the monitor to a comfortable height without sacrificing desk space and without wasting filament.
Two versions are included:
PLA + TPU Feet Version
This version features TPU feet that fit securely into the base for added grip and vibration reduction. While the fit is snug, I recommend a small dab of superglue to prevent the feet from sliding out if the stand is moved.
PLA-Only Version
A streamlined, single-material option for quick prints or for those without TPU on hand.
Both versions remain under 100 grams of filament and were designed to be strong, lightweight, and highly functional. Whether you’re working in a small dorm room, home office, or minimalist setup, this stand provides an elevated monitor position while maximizing usable desk space.
Boost Me (for free)
Every boost is equal to 78 grams of filament to help keep me designing, prototyping, and coming up with new inventions!
I created a professional Engineering Notebook because most of them are overpriced. I wanted something affordable and accessible for students and everyday engineers without sacrificing quality. It meets academic and competition standards and even includes a guide to help you document your work properly for patents. They are made in the USA.
