Yep, a hyper-specific 4x2 gridfinity holder for the AccuPower IQ-328 battery charger.
The back has a cutout for the power cord and 8 holes that can hold either AA or AAA batteries. Helpful for organizing batteries awaiting charging or finished charging, but mostly it's just there because there was extra space.
