Description
A functional V2 design for a bottom-rail sliding door stopper. This design features a chunky, easy-to-grip hex bolt and a reinforced body designed to withstand the tension of tightening without snapping.
Design Features:
- Optimized Tolerances: The screw threads are designed to print cleanly without seizing.
- Rail Fit: Fits standard sliding door bottom tracks (See profile for dimensions).
- Stress Tested: Thick walls prevent the clamp from flexing open when tightened.
Printing Tips:
- Orientation: Print the bolt vertically (head down) and the bracket on its side for maximum layer adhesion strength.
- Strength: I recommend 4 perimeters/walls to ensure the threads don't strip under pressure.
