Bracket for Aluminum Profile 2020T / 4020T VEVOR
I designed this set of accessories specifically for VEVOR aluminum rails 2020T and 4020T (Amazon product reference that I use at home).
The goal was to transform these rails into a solid furniture structure in order to properly install my 3D Printer.
Thanks to these parts, I was able to:
- assemble the rails into a rigid frame to support the printer,
- add practical attachment points (for trays, panels, shelves, etc.),
- obtain a modular and scalable piece of furniture around my machine.
Compatibility
- Aluminum profiles: 2020 and 4020
- Designed from the rails I actually use, so the dimensions are adapted to this precise model.
I still recommend checking the dimensions of your rails (width, groove shape, corner radius) to ensure they match the version you have.
Printing Tips
- Recommended material: PETG / PETG-CF or ABS/ASA (better mechanical and heat resistance than PLA)

to use VEVOR 2020T / 4020T rails to build custom furniture for my 3D Printer.
