Description

These small mesh containers are designed for safely cleaning tiny parts inside an ultrasonic cleaner — perfect for jewellery, watch components, screws, and other miniature items that you don’t want to lose during cleaning. They also double as silica gel containers, useful for moisture-control in camera bags, toolboxes, storage cases, and more.

Two size profiles are included:

  • 72 mm diameter
  • 42 mm diameter

Features:

  • Mesh grid walls and base for excellent liquid flow during ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Fine threaded lid for secure closure — the model uses adaptive layer height to ensure smooth, precise threads.
  • Multipurpose: Use in ultrasonic cleaning or as a ventilated silica container for drying applications.
  • Safe for chemicals: If you intend to use these inside an ultrasonic cleaner with detergents or other solutions, print with chemical-resistant filament such as PETG or stronger (e.g., ABS, ASA, or PP depending on the chemicals used).

These lightweight containers help organise your small parts, keep them from rattling around, and prevent accidental loss during cleaning or storage.

printed just fine in PLA and the screw threads have good tolerances, should be perfect for ultrasonic cleaning watch parts!
