Any Size Customizable Barbed Hose Connector

Parametric hose barb connector generator for common aquarium / lab / DIY tubing sizes.
You can set the diameter and length for each side independently and choose mm or inch, so it’s easy to make reducers, straight connectors, and custom joiners.

I’ve also included premade connectors for the most common hose sizes and combinations:

Printing recommendations

• Material: PETG (recommended for better toughness and water resistance)
• Walls: ≥ 3 for strength
• Layer height: 0.24 mm
• Seam position: Random for leak resistance
• The included print profile already has supports added and tuned for this model.
  • If you’re not very familiar with print settings, I strongly recommend using this profile—it’s optimized for a good balance between strength and filament usage and won’t waste much material.
