Description

Overview
This project is a three-part modular mechanical system designed for the Realme GT8 Pro.
It includes:
- Main frame case
- Twist-lock DECO core
- Rear functional module (phone stand + SD/Nano SIM hidden storage)
The core structure is a quick-release twist-lock mechanism, allowing quick-swap installation without removing the frame case, enabling fast transitions between different rear modules and significantly enhancing practicality and expandability.
Print Setup & Support Guide
The model is optimized for PLA + PETG hybrid printing, using material separation to achieve clean, easily removable supports.
AMS is required to assign specific materials for supports.
AMS Rule:
White slot = Support material
• If your main print uses PLA, load PETG in the white slot.
• If your main print uses PETG, load PLA in the white slot.
This creates a natural separation layer, ensuring perfect support removal and clean supported surfaces.
Example:
PETG Grey + PETG Green + PLA White (supports)
or
PLA Grey + PLA Green + PETG White (supports)

Assembly Guide
- Remove supports after printing. Hybrid materials allow clean separation.
- Install the frame case onto the phone.
- Insert and twist-lock the DECO core.
- Align and press the rear module to snap into the twist-lock system for quick installation or removal.
- All parts are glue-free and fully modular for repeated assembly and disassembly.

Future Expansion
If this project wins the Realme GT8 Pro device, I will continue building a full modular ecosystem based on the physical phone, including:
• Photography modules
• Storage/data modules
• Tactical tool modules
• Mounting & extension systems
• Multi-function advanced backplates
Updates will be added here as new modules are developed.

Update – Back Module: Dual-Leg Mech Unit
Overview
This update adds a new special back module that does not function as a phone accessory but as a fully designed dual-leg mech unit.
The mech includes a detachable central cannon and supports three transformation modes.
This module is presented as a collaborative concept between realme × MakerWorld × V3.6, introducing a collectible mech companion that “travels with the user.”
Three Modes
Standby Mode
The mech folds into a compact decorative form that can be mounted on the phone’s back as a visual module.
Dual-Leg Mech Mode
Fully deployed robotic form with articulated leg structure, displaying the design language of a mobile combat unit.
Weapon Equipment Mode
The mech splits into two parts:
• The main body + legs attach to the Project V mechanical figure’s back
• The cannon becomes a handheld weapon for the figure
Forming a complete “equipment upgrade form.”
Concept
This mech is designed as a special-edition collaboration unit, merging the Realme GT8 Pro modular system with the V3.6 mechanical universe.
It represents a portable mechanical partner that grows with the user and integrates into both the phone system and the Project V ecosystem.

Update – EVA Edition Expansion

Overview
This update introduces the EVA Edition expansion based on the original Realme GT8 Pro modular mech case.
The EVA edition adds raised mechanical details, EVA-themed structural elements, and redesigned logo components while keeping full compatibility with the original frame, twist-lock DECO core, and rear modules.
This version is built upon the same mechanical foundation, offering a collectible, character-based visual variant without altering the core system.
Color Variants
A complete EVA color expansion pack is included, consisting of 8 variations.
Each color scheme is visually mapped according to classic EVA units.
The base model is themed after EVA Unit-01, and additional variants are provided for users who prefer different unit aesthetics.
8 EVA Color Variants:
• Unit-01 (EVA-01) – 2 color variations
• Unit-00 (EVA-00) – 2 color variations
• Unit-02 (EVA-02)
• Unit-06 (EVA-06)
• Unit-08 (EVA-08)
• Unit-09 (EVA-09)
Each variant includes its own color reference chart to ensure accurate printing and consistent appearance when using multi-material AMS configurations.

AMS Color Setup for EVA Edition
The EVA Edition uses a 4-slot AMS configuration: 3 colors + 1 white support material.
To ensure optimal support removal and stable color performance, the white slot is always reserved for the support material.
Depending on whether the main model is printed in PLA or PETG, the support material must use the opposite filament type.
AMS Rules:
• Slot 1–3: EVA theme colors
• (White): Support material
• If main EVA colors use PLA, White must be PETG
• If main EVA colors use PETG, White must be PLA
This configuration creates a natural separation layer on the EVA's 3D structures, curved surfaces, and raised details, allowing supports to be easily removed and leaving surfaces clean and intact.
