This is a great horn that fits in your pocket, purse, backpack or boat.
VERY LOUD air horn (LOUD as a transport truck) for your sports fan. Take to sporting events or put in your boat or hiking pack for safety.
To assemble;
- Simply cut a balloon and place over the end
- Pull the balloon to a moderate tension (the tension changes the tone of the horn, loose is deeper sound, tighter is higher pitch)
Place the end cap over the balloon to hold in place
- Cut excess balloon away
- Blow into hole on the side
