The Apocalypse Tank was a big project, and I consulted a lot of reference materials
The tank with two cannons and four tracks is an iconic tank in the Command & Conquer series, and because of its fame, everyone has their own opinion about this dual-cannon tank There were at least three different versions of the official design documents alone, not to mention the large number of fan creations and derivative works that appeared later
The indelible memory of the Red Steel Tide in people's minds, coupled with my unforgettable stereotypes of Soviet tanks, made modeling the Apocalypse Tank extremely difficult—what exactly should I use as a reference? Excessive reinterpretation would turn it into another "four-track, two-cannon" tank, while a complete restoration would require struggling to suppress the IS-3 stereotype in my mind
Finally, after 5 design drafts and 4 physical print versions, adhering to the original intention of this series to be faithful to game modeling, and completely based on the game's VXL modeling, the original Apocalypse Tank, with a myriad of details, was born!
