Description
A 3D recreation of the flash hider as seen in the Empire Strikes back. I created this file back in 2013 and resurrected it in 2025 to 3mf format. I remember spending quite some time on getting the artificial knurling right and was pleasantly surprised the H2S with a 0,2mm nozzle handled it perfectly in my test print PLA basi silver.
It has a hole so you can thread an M3 x 6 allen screw. The model fits very snug on the Denix Mauser as is, but still, the screw is most likely how they did it in the movie. I cut about 2,571 inches aka 65,3 mm from the gun barrel to make it fit as seen in the last photo.
