Description
This is a Suzuki outboard motor oil spout. It's honestly something that should be included with every outboard motor as a standard part to reduce oil spillage during routine maintenance. There are multiple alternatives found online, but after reviewing a few, I was utterly disappointed with each one's limitations or overall design/hacked nature. So I started from scratch and made one that made sense! This one has an expandable relief for a tight fit around the oil port, a pointed drip channel so that the oil will focus itself as you get to those final drips, plenty of clearance so you can use your socket to remove the oil bolt, and enough distance so it completely misses dripping on the lower portion of your motor. I included 3 sizes just in case tolerances are off for your boat; my 300hp likes the medium-sized one. The large size fits just fine; it's just not a tight fit, and I like tight tolerances. Either way, one should fit your boat.
Be sure to print this in PETG, as that's the most resistant to motor oil.
