I have tried many versions available on MakerWorld, but no model has ever fully satisfied me, for one reason or another

Observing the behavior of the vacuum machine, I understood that for it to work perfectly right away, the suction cup must rest on a solid and, above all, flat (not perforated) base

only then does the motor immediately start and generate vacuum (IF YOU NOTICE, THE VACUUM MACHINE MAKES TWO SIMILAR BUT DIFFERENT NOISES: A WEAK NOISE AND A LOUD, DEEP ONE: IT IS ONLY WHEN IT STARTS TO GENERATE VACUUM THAT IT MAKES THE LOUD, DEEP NOISE)

Based on these observations, I started designing various models on Fusion 360, ensuring they had a solid base of 7.48 mm, precisely the size of the vacuum machine's suction cup

After dozens of failed attempts and vacuum tests with a stopwatch, I finally arrived at my definitive version, which fully meets all my needs

  • easy to print (it prints with only 2 grams of filament and in a short time)

  • beautiful design (aesthetics matter too)

  • thin but robust (it is only 2.10 mm thick)

  • does not damage the bag valve

  • functional (the vacuum machine immediately starts generating vacuum, producing the classic LOUD NOISE I mentioned earlier, and evacuates air quickly compared to all other versions I have tried)

Moreover, most importantly, it works perfectly even when I use only one hand (having to rest the disc inside the bag on a surface is inconvenient for me)

DON'T BELIEVE IT? THEN TRY ME!!!

Printed in PLA Basic Bambulab. Printing is very easy

Colors can be changed from the slicer at the time of printing. It is recommended not to vary the dimensions, otherwise it loses the characteristics I mentioned above
