Description

I made three sizes of tees. The short tee is 46 millimeters or 1.8 inches and is good for irons off the tee or fairway clubs (woods and hybrids) off the tee. The standard tee is 70 millimeters or 2.6 inches. It is pretty much a standard length tee that can handle driver or any other club. The long tee is 83 millimeters or 3.25 inches. It is really for driver and for folks that like to tee it high (and let it fly). I struggled with a good design that would not break easily yet still go in the ground under reasonable conditions. I found that TPU for AMS is just right.

I found on my simulator downstairs that I got anywhere from 5 to 15 shots with the longer tee hitting driver. Eventually, I did manage to break it after 15 to 20 shots.

If the ground is hard, I'd print in ABS or PETG. If it is super soft, you can also print the tees in TPU 95-HF. If you go the TPU 95-HF route, I had to print them as object vs layer.

You do not need supports.
