Dorfromantik Duel 3D

This 3D-printed upgrade set for **Dorfromantik Duell** contains **69 individually designed magnetic tiles per player** as well as **6 different quest types**, each with **4 quest markers**. The upgrade gives the game a fully three-dimensional, modular look and feel

With this 3D upgrade, Dorfromantik Duell becomes significantly more vibrant, tangible, and immersive. The magnetic 3D tiles provide structure, depth, and a pleasantly fluid gameplay experience.
All tiles are magnetized, so they align neatly during play and are easy to handle

**Note:** This project does not replace the original game — the official **Dorfromantik Duell** is still required

Detailed assembly instructions (German & English) are included in the files

Required Materials

• High-quality adhesive (recommended: Pattex Special Adhesive)
• 3×6 mm Magnets
  • Optimal: diametrically magnetized magnets (radial magnetization – through the diameter, not through the length) - EU Shop
  • Alternative with lower magnetic force, but usable: N52 magnets 3×6 mm (not N35). When installing, ensure all magnets have the same magnetization direction (Aliexpress)

Organizer & Setup

The Duel variant uses a new organizer that contains all of a player's tiles in **Boxes A to E** – each with numbers **1–14**, with Box **E** containing only **13 tiles**. The corresponding organizer can be found here:

Drawing & Placing the Tiles

The game tiles are still drawn using **chips with coordinates** (e.g., “B7”).
The drawn chip refers directly to the corresponding tile in the organizer

The system generates a very efficient, completely random distribution of tiles

Advantages over the Original Game

The biggest advantage:
The second player no longer has to search through all tiles to find the same tile. Both players can **immediately identify the correct tile** thanks to the letter-number combination.
This makes the game faster, cleaner, and significantly more comfortable
