Description
I made this hinged joint for 20x20 mm aluminum profiles.
It is designed to allow controlled rotation between two bars, maintaining a precise, stable, and robust coupling.
The hinge uses a dedicated pin already included in the print file, designed to ensure smooth movement without the need for external components. (in the photo you can also see a carpentry nail that can be used as a pin)
Ideal for adjustable modular structures, orientable frames, technical supports, and light mechanical applications where a variable angle between the profiles is required.
