NOT for HV wiring! Check your local laws for the use of materials etc. for cable covers! There are only a few filaments that you should use for high-voltage covers. PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, etc. are NOT suitable here! 

Cover and clip are just clipped together.

• Variation: Clip for screwing into socket instead of "clipping"

Print with your preferred settings, check last picture for orientation.
A cool print plate in combination with Hilbert curve will give you a very neutral finish.
