Joule Sous Vide Hook

I recently bought a Joule Sous Vide and was disappointed to discover that I needed to pay an additional $25 for a clamp—a clamp that wasn’t even available in the store—just to secure it to my 5-gallon Cambro for holiday sous-viding.
So instead, I designed my own solution.

This is a custom 3D-printed, two-piece mount made specifically for the Cambro 18×12×9 inch (5-gallon) container.
The stock Joule clamp doesn’t fit the thicker Cambro walls, so this mount provides a simple, durable way to hold the Joule in place without modifying the container.

The design prints quickly—under one hour total—and the two parts friction-fit together to form a stable pocket that keeps the Joule vertical and prevents slipping during long cooks. Assembly is fast and intuitive.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG or ABS (best for heat and moisture resistance)
• Infill: 20% Gyroid
• Walls: 5
• Nozzle: 0.4mm, Layer height: 0.24mm
• Print in the orientation in the file with supports(There will only be 1 tiny support that comes off super easy)
• Print Time: < 1 hour for both parts
