Nerf Elite Blow-Fire Revolver – 3D-Printed Blow Dart Revolver
The Nerf Elite Blow-Fire Revolver is a fully 3D-printed, manually powered blow-dart launcher inspired by a traditional revolver design. It features a rotating multi-chamber cylinder compatible with Nerf Elite darts, and comes in two variants—one for full-length darts and one for half-length darts.
The cylinder is stabilized using fourteen D6x2 magnets, which must be glued in place with the correct polarity to ensure proper alignment and smooth rotation.
Ensure the Magnets on the revolving chamber are all aligned in the same orientation opposite of the chamber holder.
All parts are designed as friction-fit components, allowing users to assemble the blaster quickly without hardware. For long-term durability, the pieces can be glued together, or left unglued for easy breakdown and storage.
Fun to build, smooth to operate, and uniquely satisfying to fire, the Blow-Fire Revolver is a creative, maker-friendly twist on the classic blowgun concept.
