Prints in parts on 3 plates. One for the background, one for the letters, and one for the emblem. This separates the colours for those without an AMS. 

Tight tolerances which allows the pieces to click in and hold for a semi-permanent option. This is very satisfying when assembling. Be careful to align the smaller letters correctly before pushing in as they can be tight if not pushed in evenly. Make sure they are also facing the correct way. You may need a small craft mallet or push against a hard surface such as a table to seat the letters completely. 

All letters are printed backwards and need to be flipped before insertion. Use glue to hold the pieces together for a permanent solution.

Modelled from scratch to allow the pieces to overlap by a minimum 3mm.

There are 3 different design profiles available:

• The standard - which is the same scale and thickness as all my other designs. Roughly 30mm font height and specifically modelled to be uniform at 24mm thick. This profile is best for sitting directly on a bench, shelf, desk or table. It is thick which allows it to stand on its own without falling over. Great balance of size and filament. 
• The thin - which is the same scale as standard although the model is 60% thinner. This profile is best for wall mounting and can be easily adapted into a fridge magnet by adding in negative parts that suit the size of your magnet. This is the best cost profile as it used less filament than the others. This design may not stand upright on its own though.
• The large - which is scaled to as big as a 256x256 plate will fit. Usually will fit within the plate dimensions by more than 98%. This is the same thickness as the standard profile and is able to stand on its own. This is the best profile overall but the most expensive to print.

Due to the tight tolerances, these prints do not scale well. If you wish for another size that is not available, contact me and i'll see what I can do. You can attempt to resize yourself, although it may not fit together well.
