This Bread lame is inspired from some of the other ones in here, but i was missing a more safe and easy to store one.
This one has a lock at both open and close position, and is very safe to use and store in a drawer without the risk of the blade sticking of of it, or come lose.
You will ned a M3 screw and nut to assemble it.
