Description

Chain Gauge Tool for Dirt Bikes.  Takes 20-35 minutes to print.  Choose the plate that has the chain gauge you need.  There are 2 files, one for single color (No AMS) and one with multi-color (AMS)

 

Please check your bike's manual before adjusting chain tension.
Place the tool between the chain and swingarm or in the spot it shows in your bike's manual.  Tighten the chain till it is within the given range.

 

Bikes in order:
KTM Group ≥ 2023 (58-61mm): 250F, 450F, 125 2-strokes, 250 2-strokes.

KTM Group ≤ 2022 (55-58mm): 250F, 450F, 125 2-strokes, 250 2-strokes.
Yamaha 4-strokes ≥ 2018 (50-60mm): YZ250F, YZ450F.
Yamaha 2-strokes (48-58mm): YZ125, YZ250 2006-2026.

Honda Current Gen (65-70mm): ≥ 2022 CRF250R, ≥ 2021 CRF450R.

Kawasaki Current Gen (48-54mm): ≥ 2021 KX250, ≥ 2019 KX450.
Kawasaki Prev Gen (52-58mm): ≤ 2020 KX250, ≤ 2018 KX450.
KTM Group 85cc: 2018 - 2024 (46-49mm)
