Description

I was asked if I could assist in making some custom clips for the IKEA METOD kitchen cabinet plinth (toe kick). I created this based on the original clip and made it parametric. It is possible to adjust the distance between feet and plinth and the diameter of the clip, if you for some reason have a non-standard leg diameter.

Profiles are dimensioned for strength, but based on gut feeling and trial and error.

WALL COUNT: 8

TOP SHELL LAYERS: 6

BOTTOM SHELL LAYERS: 6

SPARSE INFILL DENSITY: 30%

I also experience some adhesion issues on the clips on a couple of trials, but the addition of a skirt seemed to remedy that.

SKIRT LOOPS: 2

SKIRT HEIGHT: 5 layers

Printed in eSun PLA Basic
