Side Tray and Handle for Mini Toolboxes

This is a remix of “Accessories for Harbor Freight Mini Toolboxes” by nealc10.
I adapted the files specifically for the purple mini toolbox (works with all colors) and redesigned the handle so the end caps print separately. This cuts down on waste and gives a cleaner, more accurate look compared to the real service cart.

What’s Included

• Updated Side Tray (Purple Toolbox Version)
The tray was adjusted to fit the purple toolbox properly. I added a 3 mm adjustment to account for the front lip on the purple box. With that change, the inserts fit perfectly—see the photos.
Bracket spacing was corrected, and it now prints cleaner with fewer supports. A brim is recommended.

• Two-Piece Handle (Separate Caps)
Designed around the purple toolbox, but it works with the other color versions as well. I added 3 mm of spacing so the inserts can attach properly around the front lip on the purple box.
The handle prints in two parts—the main handle and the end caps. Glue the caps on after printing for a clean two-color look without wasting filament. No supports needed; a brim helps.
