Description

I wasn't able to obtain a new sealing gasket for an old cast-iron sweage system inspection hole (from the 1960s and earlier).

These pipes are still in a lot of old buildings. In german we call these “100mm Flansch Dichtung für Gusseisen Kanal”.
So I made a model that works with TPU and share it for you, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

See the attached photos if it fits for you.

I recommend at least TPU90A (with the usage of silicone sealing fat) or even TPU85 (which should be soft enough to work without sealing fat).
Using TPU95A should be too hard for this usecase, but I didn't try, so if you have just TPU95, try and share feedback!

TPU printing advice: Use direct feed into the printer (from top) and reduce the usage of PTFE tubes as much as possible. Make sure the spool rolls smoothly!
